Licker+Ozurovich CPAs was founded in 1995 by Martin J. Licker and Andrew Ozurovich. The two had worked together in various capacities since 1985 before merging their respective practices to form L+O.

MARTIN J. LICKER

Martin Licker has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1967. He is certified in both New York and California and is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Pubic Accountants. In addition to his traditional accounting background including the performance of complex audits, reviews and compilations, he has also created various systems and procedures relating to the conservation and safeguarding of assets. In 1995, he merged his practice with Andrew Ozurovich to form Licker+Ozurovich, CPA’s. Martin oversees the business management side of the practice; for the last twenty-five years he has represented numerous individuals and clients in the entertainment industry, including actors, producers, directors, writers and below-the-line talent, as well as film and television production clients. Martin's broad experience encompasses such diverse activities as supervising the weighing of industrial diamonds, setting up innovative cost accounting systems for clients, and preparing certified reports for television and radio broadcasting clients. During his career he has also frequently consulted in a CFO capacity to numerous clients and businesses.

ANDREW J. OZUROVICH

Andrew Ozurovich has been a Certified Public Accountant in California since 1983. He is a member of both the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Ozurovich personally managed hundreds of certified audits, including A-133 audits required by the Office of Management and Budget. Mr. Ozurovich oversees the accounting and outsourcing side of the practice including all of the clients in the not for profit sector. In addition to his traditional accounting services, Andrew provides business, tax, software and financial process consulting, as well as budgeting and CFO services for numerous entities. Prior to merging his practice with Mr. Licker in 1995, Andrew was a partner in the firm of Rubin and Ozurovich for seven years. He has been recognized for outstanding service by the Clearing House for Volunteer Accounting Services and is requested frequently to speak at board meetings and conferences. Mr. Ozurovich has been responsible for the mandated peer reviews by the American Institute of CPA’s, under his supervision firm has received the highest marks.
