Audit Services

Licker+Ozurovich has extensive experience with all aspects of the audit process, reporting and satisfying compliance requirements for a broad range of industries. During the entire process, we maintain a standard of excellence and professionalism that has been developed through years of real world experience and strict adherence to generally accepted accounting practices and procedures.

Three Levels of Audit Service:

Certified Audit

An audit provides the greatest assurance that your financial statements are fairly stated and free of material misstatements. The process involves a systematic review of all financial statements and verification that generally accepted accounting principles and practices are in place. We perform a review of internal controls, assess how transactions are processed and evaluate how information is exchanged between your organization and outside entities. Based on our findings, you will be presented with a detailed report.

Review

A review consists of an analysis of financial statements and procedures, but does not include the in-depth verification process found in an audit. A review will provide you with a limited assurance that there are no material misstatements in your financial statements.

Compilation

A compilation provides the lowest level of assurance that there are no material misstatements in your financial statements. Essentially a compilation is a financial statement based on representation of management.
